Vision of the Seas, what a beautiful ship!

Arrival at the port, that's Allyn and Mike by the ship. The weather started off gray every day but turned nice and sunny by lunch time.

Teri and Allyn's large category C cabin at the back of the ship, 8090 on deck 8. Mike's cabin was near the front of the ship, 7020 on deck 7.

Another shot of cabin 8090.

Our giant balcony. Cabins at the stern of the ship have extra large balconies, as we found on our last cruise on Adventure of the Seas.

Behind Teri is the Carnival Ecstacy, which does the same itinerary we were on.

And what's the next thing to do after arriving in the cabin? GO EAT! We're in the buffet-style Windjammer Cafe, (which we call the "Foodjammer" for obvious reasons).

Next up on the agenda: explore the ship. Teri relaxes in the room while Mike and Allyn visit just about every public room. This is the pool deck (Deck 9). The metal sculpture at the left is of a swimmer. We arrived early so the ship is empty. That windowed area behind the pool is the Viking Crown Lounge.

Inside the very large Viking Crown Lounge. This is a very cool place to hang out because the view is spectacular day or night!
